PICK4Fantasy , is an online based American Football Fantasy league, formed by a bunch of dubai based NFL fans, with some free time on their hands, and a great love for the game in their hearts.

 

The league was founded under the principles of “for shits and giggles” with free exchange of banter and trash talk being the main focus. Yet secretly each member was quite seriously involved in the fantasy game play. During the latter part of the season, scuffles erupted and had to be broken up.....just kidding.....we don’t break up scuffles!

 

Unlike traditional fantasy leagues, the PICK4Fantasy is based on obtaining points based on picking winning teams off “selected games”. This goes on for every week of the NFL’s regular and post season. Find out about the format, scoring mechanism and points by clicking the links

During the season, members will meet every Sunday at the league’s favourite watering hole, Wings 'n'  Rings , a tradition we hope to carry on for the forthcoming seasons. For the 2013 Super bowl, members were instrumental in getting permission for Bars to open after 3 a.m. They, however did not obtain similar permission from home, and the half time lights weren’t the only thing that went out that night.

 

There are two major meetups during the season, one midseason (around November) At this meet up, all members will be required to buy the midseason winner a drink each, after which he is never heard from again. The end of season meet up will be a grand occasion to crown the PICK4Bowl Winner and the MVP, an event for which the venue and date shall be decided and then debated endlessly ending in scuffles that will not be broken up.

 

The PICK4Fantasy League, does not cost a damn thing to join except for the loss of some valuable time, perhaps better spent with family.....something that you will be reminded of, during the course of the season...by family!

 

 

The PICK4 Fantasy Concept

 

The league is called the PICK4 Fantasy League, because that is exactly what you do week in and week out - Pick 4 winning teams from the NFL Games selected.

 

You recieve the exact same points scored by the NFL Team that you pick, but only if they win. Along with that you can earn 3 sets of bonus points, which is explained more on the "What the?" tabs.

 

PICK4 Fantasy also has an MVP race which is based on Playe Rating, which is calculated weekly and based on picking performance. 

 

So during the season, players have the oppurtinuty to win the PICK4Bowl, PICK4Plate, and the MVP Title.
