REGULAR SEASON PLAYING FORMAT

Conference Set Up

  • All players are placed in 2 Conferences (Pacific Conf and Atlantic Conf). Placement has been determined by the PICK4Fantasy League's 2nd Seasons seedings on the Standing Table after Week 17, with any new members being randomly allocated a Conference.

  • Players will be matched up to play all other players within the relevant Conference for the first 9 Weeks of Regular Season and will have cross Conference matchups from Week 10 through Week 18.

  • The top 6 seeds from each Conference will proceed to the Playoff rounds

  • The remaining players (seeds 7 and below) will be placed in a "Plate Championship" format

Regular Season

  • Each week 8 NFL games will be selected from the list of NFL games. Ideally these will be the best matched up games for the week.

In the "Game Selection Committee" we trust

  • All players must  then pick 4 winners from these games

  • Please see timings below for when picks should be made and pick changing procedures

  • Players go head to head in matchups (matchups determined prior to the season)

  • For the first nine weeks of the season, players will be involved in intra conference matchups whilst for the final nine weeks of regular season the matchups will be inter conference

  • Players receive exactly the points scored by the winning NFL teams they have picked, along with 3 additional ways of earning Bonus points (All accumulated points are then known as Fan Points)

    1. 5 points for every Pick 6*

    2. 5 points for winning with a margin of 15 or greater

    3. 5 points if your “home team”** wins and you have picked them

* Any return to TD by Defence or Special Teams

** The team that you support

  • A tied NFL game will be considered a "WIN" for the purpose of this league. Scoring points and bonus points from both teams will be awarded to players who have picked the teams involved.

  • The winner of each individual matchup will be determined by the player with a higher tally of fan points from the winning picks than his/her opponent for the week.

  • During the Regular Season, there will be no tie-brekers. If both players accumulate the same number of Fantasy Points, they will be given a Tie Point each.

  • Failure to pick constitutes a forfeit and will automatically earn a Loss point for the player. This event occurs only when the player(s) have not picked at least one winning team.

  • In the event of a forfeit, the opposing player automatically attains a Win Point, unless his Fantasy Points score "Zero", in which case he/she will earn a Tie Point

  • Positions on the “Standings Table” will be determined by the number of matchups won followed by the “Fan Points” accumulated and then Tie Points

  • In a season with a designated "Win Week", all players will have the opportunity to collect an unopposed Win, provided they still pick winners. Points will be awarded as per standard format. A player may earn a Win only if he has picked or scored points from winning picks. Failing which the matchup will end in a "Loss" for the player

  • In the event a Selected Game is cancelled or postponed to another week, players may make a change to their picks without consent of the opponent. The change must be advised at least an hour before gametime to be valid.

  •  Players are expected to keep a track of NFL games and their status as the league will not be providing advance notice of any cancellations.
